It has been gorgeous out the past few days in all of Wisconsin... I have been hanging out in Madison visiting my family and getting fitted for a bridemaid's dress for my sister's wedding (yes - I get to be the Maid of Dishonor ;) )!
I drove back last night from Madison, and I was able to get out today for some shots of Bayview Beach! Its one of my favorite spots for portraits and wedding "formals" (I use that term very loosely).
A huge wind blew up this afternoon and I got some dramatic photos of the waves in motion.
I also got a random pine cone which seemed to be the only thing left standing in one spot!
If you want to hear the sound of the wind - check out the video I got with my Canon 5D - it was blowing REALLY hard! Not the best video quality, but great sound :).

This is the next installment of my HD video making. Holly & Mark's wedding was at the beautiful Winfield Inn & Gardens in Bayfield, WI. I loved photographing every bit if this wedding because every detail was either homemade or local!
Can you tell I am insanely excited about this season's weddings? I am seriously chomping at the bit :).

We are now going to be offering all of our brides and grooms HD slideshows of their wedding photography set to music as part of our basic wedding package! You'll of course get a copyright released DVD of all of your actual photos to print from- but this is different- and very very fun... You can watch the slideshow on your TV or laptop!
Here is one from this past summer.

Julie & Casey are awesome! They have this fabulously crazy sense of humor that I love.
I should have know it was going to be a fun wedding when I spotted this at the table:
Love this diva shot!
The shuttle service was amazing :)
The ceremony itself was on the grounds of Lakewoods.
For reception they danced to I'm Too Sexy". These are my people!! Love them!
Casey is being re - deployed to Iraq in a few weeks. Thank you for all that you do Casey!!!
